When in Doubt…

Hey guys!

We’ve hit that part of the year where everyone is just ready for a break! Spring is here (kind of lol) and it’s time to bring on the holidays, vacations, and cookouts. Now that I’m near the finish line for my senior year, I’ve been super stressed. From my experience, what can help with some of the stress?

Get cute and treat yo self (lol).

Seriously, how you look on the outside can affect how you feel on the inside. Having a bad week? Do something different to your hair that day. Buy a new pair of shoes.  Beat your face, sis! You’d even be surprised by how much better you can feel when your nails, brows, and hair are all on point. It’s not a magical solution, but, sometimes, you gotta fake it until you make it!

I also like to make lists of things I have control over and focus on how I can resolve the issue(s) or make it less stressful. Then, as I cross the stress off my list, I feel better… and I reward myself, usually with a trip to Steve Madden (hahaha).

  1. When I’m stressed I simply order my fav food, look for something funny to watch on tv and go to sleep 😌
